The fact that the ROV can move freely, instead of being tethered to tracks, has made a huge difference when we’re cleaning slack nets, especially in areas with strong tidal currents. Where the old unit would struggle to climb over the tight net ropes with the bagged nets, we can now move freely and just keep on cleaning, says Colin Leask.

Offering more with Ocein net cleaning and ROV systems
Now that Ocean Farm Services has switched to Ocein's free-flying ROVs, they can also operate outside the pens. This means they can offer customers grid inspections and cleaning of grid ropes and mooring chains – services they couldn't provide before.
Ocean Farm Services has seven Stealth units in operation across two fish farming companies. Both are giving great feedback on the cleaning quality and increased productivity. On top of that, fuel consumption has gone down, which is a win for both costs and the environment.

One massive environmental benefit Ocean Farm Services has noticed is the significant drop in fuel consumption with the Stealth systems. They are saving about 25% on fuel compared to before, which adds up to massive savings for all customers over the course of a year.
